Job Purpose
Brown Brothers in Kirkconnel is looking to recruit Trimmers. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right applicant who is seeking a career within our growing team. The role requires a candidate with keen attention to detail, good communication skills and a excellent attitude towards work.
Responsibilities
The overall purpose of a trimmer is to have the ability to trim pork and beef to customer specification and to keep up with the speed of the line without affecting product quality.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm
Wage Details
12.85 an hour starting rate increasing to 13.10 when able to keep up with pace of line
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.85-13.10 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
