Tasks and Responsibilities:

Supplier and Vendor management Progressing and expediting orders with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries Raising purchase requisitions and orders Liaising with external inbound logistics to ensure timely and efficient deliveries Ensuring cost effectiveness of all purchases and deliveries Ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained, including the monitoring of back orders Updating ERP to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of all data Product Returns Expiry date monitoring and stock rotation Receiving goods and checking for damaged or missing items Checking accuracy of product details with supporting paperwork Assisting with stock taking to ensure accurate stock data maintained Internal and external stakeholder management Monitor performance of suppliers and escalate promptly and accordingly any non-conformances

Essential Criteria

Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar role. Proficient in MS office and excel Experience of using ERP system

Desirable criteria

Third level qualification, preferably in procurement or stock management.
