Buyer - Overseeing Buying, Planning & Supplier Accounts for Nutree Life, Jade & Joy & YuBi Bar

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of Nutree Life, Jade & Joy, and YuBi Bar, as they expand into exciting new international markets?

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Buyer to help drive our sourcing and procurement strategy as we expand into new markets and launch innovative products.

The Opportunity:

As Buyer, you'll take ownership of procurement planning, supplier management, and purchasing decisions across multiple categories, from raw ingredients and packaging to co-manufacturing and third-party services.

Working closely with wider departments, you'll ensure our materials and partners align with business growth plans, sustainability goals, and product innovation timelines.

This role offers genuine variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact as our brands continue to scale globally.

What You'll Do:

- Manage the procurement process from sourcing and quoting to order placement and supplier performance tracking.

- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

- Plan material requirements to support production and new product launches, balancing cost, quality, and availability.

- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure competitive deals and optimise value.

- Monitor market trends, costs, and supply risks, identifying opportunities for improvement or innovation.

- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and NPD teams to ensure purchasing aligns with business objectives and forecasts.

- Support strategic growth initiatives, supporting international expansion and developing environmentally responsible supply chain practices that future-proof the business.

About You:

- Proven experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist within a food, FMCG, or manufacturing environment

- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with a commercially strategic mindset.

Analytical and commercially focused, with the ability to forecast demand, analyse spend, and identify opportunities for savings or efficiency.

- Understanding of BRC or equivalent food safety and quality standards desirable.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and suppliers.

- Team player who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

- Degree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business preferred.
