We are the semiconductor industry's one-stop solution for gas delivery solutions, from initial design to final shipment to customers.

We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic individual looking to pursue their career in a fast-paced environment. You will utilise your strong communication skills to work confidently with internal and external customers, assisting in the general operations within the purchasing department.

As our Buyer you will have strong Excel and administration skills with proven experience either as a Buyer or with a strong administrative background. You will be a fast learner, able to work well at full capacity and you will be confident and proactive with suppliers, not afraid of any challenge that may arise.

SAP Experience is essential.

What can you expect from the role?

Update the Sales Team with information about deliveries. Updating the Sales Boards with Supply Information. Sending Purchase Orders. Adding order acknowledgement information to MRP system. Ad-hoc helping the stores team. Raise Requestion Orders Run shortages reports for Customers Orders. Chase Vendors for delivery information. Updating Schedule for parts to be delivered. Updating teams with prices changes.
