Job Overview

Full time: 37.5 hours per week Salary: 30,000 - 34,000 per annum depending on experience Contract: Permanent role Location: Stroud, Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day working from home) Reporting to: Head of Product Closing Date: Midnight on 20th July 2025.

You will be responsible for:

Source & Select: Manage the procurement of nutritional supplements, herbal products, and health & wellness items from trusted suppliers. Build Relationships: Work closely with vendors and internal teams to negotiate pricing, terms, and product availability. Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and emerging brands to keep our offerings fresh and relevant. Inventory Management: Ensure optimal stock levels, track product performance, and support forecasting with accuracy and care. Compliance & Quality: Uphold the highest standards in product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

About you:

You have 2+ years of experience in commercial buying or procurement--ideally in the natural health or retail sector. You hold a qualification in nutrition or a related health discipline. You're passionate about natural health, wellness, and supporting people on their journey to better living. You're a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, values-driven environment. You believe in making purposeful choices--for the business, for people, and for the planet.
