What you'll be doing (and loving):

Make things happen:

Support and lead tendering activities in line with Public Contracts Regulations and Procurement Act 2023.

Shape strategies:

Help develop sourcing strategies for BAU and project work.

Engage the market:

Organize and lead supplier engagement activities and bring back insights that matter.

Keep us moving:

Raise purchase orders, chase deliveries, and resolve invoicing queries.

Be the backbone:

Provide first-line procurement support and ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Champion compliance:

Make sure contracts and processes meet NTS standards.

Drive improvement:

Spot opportunities to make things better and help us evolve.

Represent NTS:

Be our voice at forums and with suppliers.

Live our values:

Transparency, cooperation, continuous learning, and delivering on commitments.

What makes you awesome:

Qualified and curious:

CIPS Level 4 (or ready to achieve it within 12 months).

Experienced:

You've run tenders, worked under pressure, and managed multiple priorities.

Knowledgeable:

You understand Public Contracts Regulations, Procurement Act 2023, and Contract Law.

Tech-savvy:

Comfortable with systems like Atamis and Sage (or quick to learn).

Driven and adaptable:

You thrive on making decisions, managing priorities, and bringing energy to everything you do.
