About the Role

We're looking for a motivated

Junior Buyer

to join our dynamic Buying team, focusing on

sourcing products from overseas markets

. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on procurement experience who wants to take the next step in their career and gain exposure to global buying and supplier management.

In this role, you'll help identify, negotiate, and purchase innovative products from around the world -- ensuring they reach our customers on time, at the right price, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

Source new products and suppliers from international markets. Support negotiations on pricing, contracts, and trading terms. Build strong working relationships with overseas suppliers and manufacturers. Monitor shipping schedules, lead times, and import logistics. Carry out product and market research to spot new opportunities and trends. Assist in preparing buying plans, costings, and sales forecasts. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to support product launches. Manage key admin tasks -- raising purchase orders, maintaining supplier data, and updating systems. Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing, company policies, and import/export regulations.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

5 years' experience

in Buying, Procurement, or Supply Chain (essential). Proven experience in

overseas sourcing and import management

. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident working with numbers. Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP/Buying systems a plus. Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred, not essential). Passion for international trade and product sourcing.

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
