The Role Scope
To support the administrative requirements of the Buyers and Buying Department. Enabling the buyers and buying department to function efficiently
xe2x9cxa8Role key responsibilities:
Supporting the administrative requirements of the buyers
Order management, including loading orders onto and maintaining the range plan, placing purchase orders, and confirming orders with brands and suppliers
Managing the critical path of the product from purchase to delivery and on sale to sell out
Monitoring and reviewing the accuracy of product online
Tracking, receiving, logging and maintaining the sample library
QC and sample fit sessions
Competitor analysis and competitor shopping reports
Trend research
Creating packs and trend boards
Liaising with brands and suppliers daily
Being the first point of contact for the warehouse
Building and maintaining strong relationships with brands
Assisting other departments with product and brand related enquiries
Working with other departments to ensure the brands and products are presented in the best way (photography, marketing)
Managing the SKU exception process
Preparing reports, updating spreadsheets and databases
About You
About You

2 years administrative experience
Proficient in Excel
Ability to work to deadlines
Strong work ethic
Excellent communicator
Positive attitude
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Be able to work well as part of a dynamic team
A keen interest in sports and fashion, as well as knowledge of sports and fashion product
