Introduction

FRF Group is looking for a proactive Buying and Disposal Executive to join our team in Swansea. Covering multiple sites across Toyota, Lexus and Volvo. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same -- you will work closely with Sales Managers and our Group Buyer and Disposals Manager to make sure the right vehicles are in the right place at the right time

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for sourcing, valuing and disposing of vehicles to keep our stock profile strong and profitable.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and purchase quality used cars through trade, auctions and part-exchange.

Accurately appraise vehicles and ensure competitive valuations.

Manage the disposal of overage and duplicate stock through the right channels.

Monitor used car market trends to maintain an attractive stock mix.

Support dealerships with stock availability, reporting, and turnover performance.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle transactions, inventory, and disposal documentation.

Prepare reports on vehicle procurement and disposal activities for management review

To have due regard for Health and Safety of colleagues & customers whilst undertaking your duties.

Required:

Experience in vehicle buying, stock management or valuations (ideally in a franchised dealer group).

Strong market knowledge and commercial awareness.

Confidence to work alone without direct supervision.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

IT literate with experience in dealer systems and online auction platforms.

Holds a full UK driving licence

DBS check is required for this role
