The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Host based in our BYD Bristol South Showroom. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a premium experience that reflects our brand values. This role requires a strong communicator and also needs to support daily operations within the showroom. Previous experience in vehicle sales administration or a similar front-of-house role within a dealership environment is advantages.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom and act as the first point of contact. Ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience in the customer lounge area. Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional service. Support the retail sales & Marketing team by ensuring statistic report is completed accurately and on time. Liaise with customers and internal departments to meet their specifications for vehicle orders. Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions. Contribute to the overall efficiency of the showroom by ensuring a well-organised environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive or dealership sector. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
