Main Duties & Responsibilities



Cab Booking Management

Conduct visual inspection on incoming cabs to the Calibro standard Input Cab information onto SAP Advise relevant parties of associated damage noted (with photographic evidence) Complete all necessary internal & external documentation Operate Forklift safely and in compliance with Company standards and forklift training
Warranty Claims

Effectively process warranty claims maintaining Warranty KPI targets Manage claims from business receipt to case conclusion Professionally interact with the end user via multiple media sources (phone, email, customer portal) Record the claim Investigate the claim Make decision regarding the claim and/or escalate for support with decision making Keep the relevant stakeholders (customer/dealer) up to date with the claims process Order replacement parts where necessary Liaise with other internal departments to ensure despatch of order Close the claim and complete all associated paperwork
Additional Duties

Conduct and support with internal and external audits As part of the wider operations team, provide support and assistance when required based on business need Support with 5S Follow all safety requirements Actively identify continuous improvement opportunities and support with implementing solutions

Key Requirements:



Previous experience using an ERP system would be advantageous although not necessary as training will be provided An interest/knowledge of Engineering/Mechanical would be advantageous although not necessary as training can be provided Excellent IT skills - high level user of Microsoft Word & Excel An organised individual who is able to prioitise Resilient individual who can deal with multiple competing demands Problem solving skills and someone who is decisive Excellent communication skills, an individual who is confident interacting with many stakeholders via different channels (phone/email) Can do attitude
