The Role
As our Cabinetmaker and Team Leader, you will oversee and participate in the creation of bespoke furniture pieces.
Leading by example, you'll guide projects through to completion, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern machinery to deliver furniture commissions that exceed client expectations and meet our exacting standards.
Additionally, you will:
- Work to deadlines while maintaining the highest quality
- Lead and support team members to achieve shared goals
- Uphold a professional and positive workshop environment
About You
To be considered as a Cabinetmaker and Team Leader, you will need:
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of furniture-making materials and processes
- Competence in the safe and skilled use of hand tools and woodworking machinery
- The ability to work from technical drawings with precision
- A professional and positive attitude at all times
