Roles and Responsibilities:

Working as part of a two-person team, test rodding, roping and cabling in various UG networks. Work to network build completion deadline adherence to network providers quality standards Reporting changes to build plan and updating supervisor/office with details on daily report. including build relating paperwork and timesheets.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and experience:

Must hold a full driving license Reliable with a good work ethic. Must be able to use a smart device / smart phone Good practical / manual labour experience Strong communication and customer service skills be able to prioritise, organise and manage tasks.
The Role is a self employed contractor role, so candidates will need to be registered as self employed, and hold a UTR (unique taxpayer reference) specifically in construction. we can help and advise on how to go about this if needed. We offer a rate sheet with itemised prices. as the terms of pay are for item completed with daily sheets to record completed amounts to be invoiced and paid.

Any previous experience or accreditations on the Open-reach network would be desirable but not essential, as we can provide full training for the role, all equipment and company van provided.

CD Cabling is a small family business set up in 2012. We sub-contract from Morrisons Utilities and other telecommunication companies through out Kent and Essex. we are looking to grow with new contracts being taken and are looking to expand our work force of reliable and professional engineers.

Pay: 1,000.00-2,000.00 per month
