About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable

Cable Puller

to support our security system installation projects. This role involves assisting in the routing, installation, and organization of cabling for

CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and intercom systems

. You'll work closely with experienced engineers and technicians, gaining valuable skills in a fast-growing and rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

Pull, route, and secure low-voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, coaxial, and fiber) in commercial and industrial environments. Ensure all cables are neatly installed, labelled, and terminated to company and industry standards. Safely use hand and power tools while following all health and safety guidelines. Deliver installations in a timely manner Maintain an organized work area and take responsibility for company tools and materials. Represent WRS professionally on client sites, upholding our reputation for quality and integrity.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in cable pulling, electrical work, or low-voltage installation preferred (training provided for the right candidate). Basic understanding of cabling methods and security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms). Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Physically fit -- comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Good communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license Ability to pass security screening as required by the industry.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
