Job Title: Draughtsman

Hours: 07:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are seeking a talented Draughtsman to join our clients bespoke production team in Halesowen. This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented individual with strong technical drawing skills to work on high quality, custom made projects across retail, corporate and exhibition sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings for manufacturing and assembly Work from design briefs, specifications and concept sketches Prepare component layouts and detailed drawings for CNC programming Collaborate with design, technical and production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency Maintain and update drawing records and libraries Support the delivery of bespoke joinery and exhibition projects
Essential Requirements

Proven experience as a Draughtsman preferably in joinery, furniture or bespoke manufacturing Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Desirable Skills

Knowledge of CNC programming or experience with Homag or WoodWop software Background in bespoke joinery, corporate interiors or exhibitions
