Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced and motivated CAD Designer to join our growing design team.

In this role, you'll transform concepts into deliverables using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Dynamo, and BIM tools. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, creative problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Duties

Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models that meet project and client requirements. Support Project Managers and the Design Manager throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables. Identify opportunities for improvement in design processes, automation, and coordination using tools like Civil 3D, Dynamo. Work independently to deliver results while supporting team goals. Collaborate with a talented team to solve design challenges and improve workflows. Stay up to date with the latest design technologies and actively contribute ideas to drive innovation across the team. Maintain and improve the company CAD library, including templates, blocks, and workflows.

Experience

Proven experience in CAD (Civil3D, AutoCAD) - 2+ years Autodesk certification or other relevant CAD certifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; familiarity with BIM workflows is a strong advantage. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Creative problem-solving mindset. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; a general understanding of construction and engineering principles is advantageous.
