Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing construction business operating within the flexible office sector. Arena Offices and Enenco Office Design are looking for a Junior CAD Estimator & Project Manager to support the expansion of our property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their CAD, Estimating, and Project Management skills within a fast-moving environment.

Purpose

To produce accurate CAD designs and quotations for office and property refurbishments in line with client specifications, company standards, and all relevant regulations. The role also involves managing refurbishment projects & cellular office builds on-site from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Gather detailed scopes from clients. Assist in producing CAD drawings, including identifying project scope, risks, and key considerations. Prepare project cost estimates. Conduct on-site measured surveys, capturing photos and relevant site information. Assess and consider all Health & Safety requirements. Attend site visits as needed. Liaise effectively with site teams, clients, and management. Raise purchase orders and monitor project costs.

Skills & Experience

Strong teamwork, enthusiasm, and initiative. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work professionally with clients and site teams (site management support available). Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines. Proficient IT skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience in interior fit-out (advantageous). Experience using CAD software. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Pay: 32,000.00 per year
