Job Summary

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual who will play an important role in the Reports Processing Department. Primarily this role will be using the CAD program to produce drawings from sketches made on site by our Rack Safety Inspectors. Once fully trained in this very niche role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn the Reports Processing aspect of this multi-skilled position.

Responsibilities

Produce an accurate range of plan and profile 2D drawings using AutoCAD from survey and drawing information captured on site during Rack Safety Inspections. These drawings are predominantly required as part of a professional Inspection Report, on occasion drawings may also be required for technical documentation . Ensure consistency between inspection reports and drawings in relation to correct placement and status of safe working load notices, storage equipment manufactures, bay/run ID's and accurate alignment of walls, doors and racking systems. Prepare and finalise professional inspection reports, including formatting written content and embedding photographs using Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF tools. Distribute completed reports to clients either via e-mail or uploading to relevant systems, Provide general administrative support primarily to the Reports Processing Department but also to other internal departments as and when required. Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance your skills and support the evolving needs of the business.

Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD software is highly desirable but as this is a niche role, relevant training can be provided. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively. Good communications skills. Ability to work to deadlines. Positive approach to tasks. Punctual and reliable.

Pay: 20,800.00-25,397.00 per year
