We're looking for a

Part-Time CAD Technician

to join our team. This is a supportive role where you'll work with our planning consultants to prepare technical drawings and plans that form part of planning applications. If you're organised, detail-focused, and keen to learn, we'll provide the training you need.

What you'll do

Prepare and update drawings for planning applications using CAD software. Support the planning team with site layouts, block plans, and technical drawings. Ensure drawings are accurate, compliant, and properly filed. Assist with administrative tasks linked to planning applications. Work closely with the wider team, contributing to our professional standards.
What you bring

Strong attention to detail and an organised way of working. Confidence with computers and willingness to learn CAD. A steady, reliable approach -- able to follow processes and maintain accuracy. Good communication skills and a supportive team mindset. No prior CAD experience required -- training will be provided.
