Overview

We are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team as a CAD Technician. The ideal candidates will possess a proficiency in AutoCAD.

This role will involve collaborating with clients and team members to develop innovative and functional designs that meet project specifications and client needs.

Duties

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for a range of project types.
- Develop detailed designs, floor plans, elevations, street scenes using AutoCAD
- Support team in Preparing presentations and reports to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Willing to learn compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices throughout the design process will help understanding processes within other departments.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution from conception through completion.

Skills

- Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit would be advantageous.
- understanding of system design principles and the ability to create functional schematics would be adventitious.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

We are offering lots of work through various large contracts for you to gain experience in AutoCAD, complete with in-house support from highly qualified and experienced staff and possible opportunities to move up depending on individual interests and company needs etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-35,000.00 per year
