30 hours per week Hybrid and Cumbria-wide including our 4 offices, which are in Carlisle, Kendal, Barrow or Workington. 17.13 per hour Generous holiday allowance of 36 days per year pro rata

Your mission:

Lead & inspire a small team of Recovery Coaches, line?managing, motivating and nurturing a positive, can?do spirit. Plan & promote both Open and Structured Peer Support Groups county?wide -- from venues and timetables to seamless delivery. Develop top?quality resources, ensuring every session is packed with up?to?date information and recovery tools. Coordinate logistics, manage rotas and troubleshoot cover for absences with ease. Drive data quality, from CRM entries to insightful reports for our CEO, Board and funders. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, SMT) and external partners -- representing CADAS at meetings and events. Champion best practice, safeguarding, Equality & Diversity and our core values.
