The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-precision implant-supported restorations, crowns, bridges, and prosthetics using advanced CAD/CAM software. This role requires both technical knowledge of dental anatomy and proficiency with digital design workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design and model implant-supported crowns, bridges, bars, and hybrid prostheses using CAD/CAM software.
Work closely with dental technicians, clinicians, and production teams to ensure accurate design and fit.
Import, align, and process intraoral and lab scan data for digital design.
Apply knowledge of occlusion, function, and esthetics to deliver high-quality restorations.
Prepare digital files for milling and 3D printing production workflows.
Troubleshoot and optimize designs to ensure proper fit, durability, and esthetic outcome.
Maintain accurate digital records of cases and follow laboratory protocols.
Stay updated with the latest CAD/CAM software features, implant systems, and digital dentistry innovations.
Qualifications
Degree/diploma in Dental Technology, Digital Dentistry, or related field (preferred).
Minimum [X years] of hands-on experience in CAD/CAM dental design with a focus on implant restorations.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape, Dental Wings, or similar).
Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and implant prosthodontics.
Experience with dental milling machines, 3D printers, and CAM software is an advantage.
High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
