Job Description
We're currently seeking a
CAD/CAM Programmer
to join our growing technical team based in Merthyr Tydfil.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in engineering and CAD, looking to apply their skills in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process orders using our internal
door configuration system
Interpret and generatetechnical drawings
for production Program CNC sheet metal machinery usingJETCAM software
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency Maintain a high standard of detail and accuracy across all work Assist in developing and improving workflow processesIdeal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience with
CAD software
(AutoCAD or similar) Familiarity withJETCAM
(or willingness to learn quickly) Akeen eye for detail
and a methodical approach to work Atechnical or engineering background
(qualification or hands-on experience) Knowledge of thesteel door industry
or manufacturing environment (advantageous) Strong organisational and communication skillsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 24,420.00-29,000.00 per year
