Coffee Shop Barista Part time (Full time option for experienced candidates.)

We are looking for an experienced barista who is available most Saturdays and also has some weekday availability.

Valley Coffee is a busy cafe with 120 covers , serving a breakfast and lunch menu alongside all our barista made drinks. We are a local community hub in Bamber bridge serving many locals and gaining an excellent reputation shown in our 4.8/5 on over 400 google reviews.

Your job will be to continue this excellent and friendly service.

Duties would include:

-Making excellent barista crafted coffee

-Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

-Keeping up with the stores cleaning standards and maintenance

-Taking deliveries

-Using ePos till system

Pay: Min wage (+5% loyalty pay rise following 1 year of service)

Summary

As a Cafe Barista, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service to our patrons. Reporting to the cafe manager, you will utilize your barista experience and leadership skills to create a welcoming atmosphere. Your core competencies in serving and food preparation, along with your premium knowledge of food safety, will ensure compliance with health standards. Strong time management and basic math skills will aid in efficiently handling orders and transactions, making you a vital part of our team in a fast-paced cafe environment.
