SPVR Arcade is one of the UK's most exciting family entertainment venues, offering virtual reality experiences, arcade games, and a brand-new cafe & dessert bar. We are expanding our team and are looking for friendly, reliable, and experienced staff to help deliver high-quality service to our guests.



We are seeking experienced Cafe & Barista staff to join our fast-paced, fun, and customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have barista experience, confidence serving customers, and a passion for delivering great food & drinks.

Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:

Prepare high-quality coffees, teas, and speciality drinks Operate coffee machines and maintain drink consistency Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area
Cafe & Dessert Bar Duties:

Prepare bubble teas, milkshakes, sundaes, waffles, and pancakes Handle food toppings, sauces, and presentation Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and take orders Ensure a positive customer experience Process payments through POS system

General Duties: Restock ingredients and cafe supplies Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace Work efficiently during busy periods (weekends & parties)
What We're Looking For:

? Previous experience in a cafe, dessert shop, or barista role

? Strong communication and customer service skills

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

? Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude

? Able to work weekends and some evenings

? Immediate availability preferred

Pay: 12.26-12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
