Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our team and help deliver genuinely great hospitality. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a busy cafe environment, enjoys leading by example, and takes pride in creating a welcoming space for both guests and staff. As a small, independent coffee shop & Enoteca , we're looking for a versatile all-rounder, someone confident managing a team, running day-to-day operations, and contributing ideas that help the business grow. Responsibilities:

- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while maintaining efficient service standards
- Oversee daily operations ensuring high-quality food preparation and service
- Manage and lead a team of staff
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for food production and service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and storage
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Keep up to date with social media & generate content

Experience:

- Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong cafe/bar background with knowledge of artisan coffee and food service.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Previous experience in bartending or restaurant management is advantageous
- Familiarity with financial aspects of running a cafe such as budgeting and cost control.

Salary will be based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
