Café & Marketing Manager
Job Description
An opportunity has opened for a hands-on cafe manager with marketing experience. The role would suit an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about good food & drink and loves to create great customer experiences. You will also be an experienced social media promoter with an understanding of cafe/ bar organisation and would like to take a step up towards a management role. The kitchen garden cafe is an independent cafe and party venue located in vibrant Kings Heath. We also host weddings and run a plant/art shop.
As cafe manager you will be jointly responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Cafe's Front of House operations. Your role will encompass overseeing food service, promotions, presentation of cafe and quality control.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee Cafe operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere .
Organising events/promotions to encourage more footfall.
Train and develop part-time staff
Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste and optimise turnover
Ensure all customers have a great experience.
Ensure compliance with all health safety regulations.
Qualifications:
At least a years experience in a hospitality role An understanding of SEO and social media marketing Good IT skills Experienced Barista Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends as needed.

Pay: 10.50-12.50 per hour
