Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and waiting areas.
Provide assistance to guests with inquiries about the menu, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of food items.
Handle cash transactions and perform basic maths for billing purposes.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous.
Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for all patrons.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
