We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and hospitality, with exceptional leadership skills to manage a dynamic team. Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily cafe operations, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. Manage food production processes, including cooking and preparation of menu items. Lead, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service while fostering a positive team environment. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Develop and implement new menu items in collaboration with the culinary team. Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, cost control, and reporting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or cafe industry. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking. Background in hospitality management or related fields is preferred. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen environments. Experience as a barista or knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff alike. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
