Full-Time (37.5 Hours)Coffee Planet Cardiff has been proudly serving freshly roasted, speciality coffee in Cardiff since 2018. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team. You'll help lead our baristas, support the day-to-day running of the cafe, and make sure every customer enjoys an excellent coffee experience.
Main responsibilities:
Support and supervise the team during daily shifts Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and drinks Lead by example, ensuring great service and attention to detail Train and motivate team members to uphold Coffee Planet standards Handle cash, stock, and maintain a clean, safe cafe environment
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a cafe or coffee shop (minimum 1-2 years) Barista trained with good coffee knowledge A genuine team player with a positive attitude Strong communication and people skills Flexible with hours, including weekends

Pay: From 13.34 per hour
