Job Description

Must be available to work any time between the hours of 7am and 4.30pm Monday to Saturday. working 5 days out of the 6, 36 to 40hrs per week. We do not work any Sundays.

Summary

As a Cafe Supervisor, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. You will assist the shop Manager with the daily running of the store and covering their holidays and days off. Previous experience with ordering from suppliers and managing staff is essential for this role. Other duties would be to cover kitchen Supervisor on occassion. With a focus on food safety, you will ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent customer service and time management will support smooth operations during busy periods. Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience working in busy kitchens and customer service.
