We are seeking a dynamic Cafe Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bustling Cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for patrons.
Responsibilities

Supervise all aspects of the cafe, including food preparation and customer interactions
- Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels
- Train and mentor new staff members to uphold service standards
Experience
-
Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in food preparation and knowledge of kitchen operations
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a warm atmosphere for guests
