ARKET offers essential collections for women, men, children and the home, along with a seasonal vegetarian cafe and coffee shop. Inspired by simplicity, nature, and the aesthetics of slow living, the assortments features garments, objects, and food carefully made and artfully curated for a more beautiful everyday life.



As a valued member of our cafe team, you'll work in a warm and welcoming Nordic-inspired environment, seamlessly integrated within our store.


Your focus will always be on delivering exceptional quality, outstanding service, and memorable experiences for every guest. With a natural ability to put the customer first and adapt to their needs, you'll help create a personalised and inspiring cafe atmosphere rooted in local culture and hospitality.


You'll have the opportunity to provide high-level service at every touchpoint--from warmly greeting guests to attentively meeting their needs in a genuine and thoughtful way. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages, consistently upholding our standards of excellence.


In this role, you'll also play a key part in promoting the cafe's values, culture, and concept, while contributing to the smooth daily operations of the in-store cafe.


Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service is a plus--but not essential. What matters most is your passion for hospitality, your willingness to learn, and your commitment to creating great guest experiences.

Qualifications



Customer Focused: willing to engage with customers and provide them with good levels of service Adaptable & flexible Action-orientated Good communication skills: A genuine interest in people and actively listening to their needs and perspectives. Open to learn and seek out development opportunities A genuine passion for food, beverages, and the ARKET brand, with a strong desire to share that enthusiasm and knowledge with customers. Comfortable with working flexible / irregular work patterns. English language skills


Additional Information
