The Cut & Craft is a group of independently owned and operated British restaurants specialising in crafting luxurious and memorable dining experiences. With successful locations in York, Leeds, Manchester, our newest addition we welcome our newest addition, The Cafe by The Cut & Craft. Bringing the same attention to detail, style, and service to an elegant daytime setting.

We are now looking for two enthusiastic Cafe Team Members to join our Leeds team, supporting the smooth running of daily service and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Barista experience is preferred for this role, however full training will be given.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Coffee & Drinks Preparation

Crafting and serving high quality coffees and hot drinks to Cut & Craft standards, as well as a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.

Food Handling

Handling, displaying, and serving pastries, sweets, and light dishes with care and attention to presentation.

Guest Interaction

Welcoming guests warmly, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring every visit feels personal and memorable.

Cafe Operations

Setting up and closing down the cafe efficiently each day, maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and organisation throughout service.

Support & Teamwork

Working closely with the wider restaurant and bar teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Job Types: The Cafe predominantly offers day time hours, however their will be opportunity to also work shifts within the Restaurant which would require some Evening work
