We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Cafe and Soft Play Team Members to join our vibrant team. As a key part of our cafe and Soft Play, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for food and hospitality.

Duties

Welcoming and assisting customers in our cafe and soft play areas. Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Supervising children in the soft play area to ensure a safe and fun experience. Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Supporting the wider team with daily operations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is advantageous but not essential. Experience working in soft play or childcare (desirable). Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. A passion for food, coffee, and providing excellent customer service is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 11.50-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
