Job Description
We are looking for Waiting staff to join us here at The Forge & Pheasant, Hartham Park. Must have experience working in a high quality, full service and busy restaurant, bar or cafe.
Must haves to apply; Proven experience of working in a busy cafe, pub or restaurant environment, weekend availability & in the Corsham/West Wilts area able to reach us with ease. Majority of work consists of evenings off, however some evening work available on ad hoc basis to cover events.

The Forge & Pheasant is a brand new Cafe, bar & restaurant situated on the historic Hartham Park Estate, Corsham.
We have a high quality, yet accessible, day-time dining offering available. Barista coffee, craft beer, artisan wines alongside freshly prepared and beautifully presented dishes coming from the kitchen. We even have bee hives on our estate & sell our own honey - 100% raw, natural unfiltered Hartham honey!
We are a young & entrepreneurial company & we are looking for likeminded hospitality professionals to join us at the start of this truly exiting journey.

Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take and process orders accurately while managing multiple tables efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
