Overview:
Butterflies Cafe relies mainly on volunteers, but we are looking to take on a new member of staff to assist the manager in the day to day running of the cafe & occasional cover.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe
- Serve customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Support the team in daily tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold food safety regulations at all times
Experience:
- Prior experience in food preparation and service is advantageous
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn and help wherever needed
-Barista experience is advantageous but not essential
