We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our team as a Server/Kitchen Hand and Waiting Staff. The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, and supporting the kitchen team with general cleaning and food preparation duties. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, cleanliness, and delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Take food and drink orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area during and after service.
Assist in food preparation as required, following health and safety guidelines.
Help with the cleaning of kitchen areas, including dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Maintain cleanliness in front-of-house areas, including floors, tables, and restrooms.
Assist with the removal of waste and recycling according to company policies.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
A passion for food and beverages with a focus on quality and cleanliness.
Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
