Cafe Bar & Venue Manager
Fletchers Bar & Kitchen Garden Cafe are both independent and beautiful venues located on vibrant York Rd. Hosting Weddings, Parties, Music Gigs, we are looking for a dynamic manager to help us develop to the next exciting level.
As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all Cafe Bar & Event operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee all Cafe and Bar activities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Help develop further the venue's daytime and evening offer Ensure food and drink is of a consistent high quality Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste and optimise turnover Manage budgets, labour and food costs. Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a results driven hospitality manager Great financial acumen Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. knowledge of regulations and best practices. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00-34,000.00 per year
