Experienced Barista Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Our success has been incredible, and due to overwhelming support, we are thrilled to be growing and opening our second location in Glasgow's vibrant West End! This is an exciting time to join our team and be a fundamental part of our expansion.

The Role:

We are looking for passionate and experienced Baristas to join our growing family. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work across both of our locations, helping to launch our new West End spot and maintain the magic at our original home.

What You'll Do:

Expertly prepare and serve a range of espresso-based beverage coffees to the highest standard.

Provide genuine, friendly, and efficient customer service, creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Operate and maintain coffee machinery (grinders, espresso machines) with care and precision.

Handle transactions using our POS system.

Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation at the coffee station and throughout the cafe.

Work collaboratively with our kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Share your knowledge and passion for coffee with customers and team members.

Who You Are:

You have proven experience as a Barista in a high-quality coffee shop environment.

You are passionate about coffee and eager to learn and grow with us.

You possess excellent customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

You thrive in a fast-paced team environment but can also take initiative.

You are reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work.

You have a flexible approach and are happy to work between both of our Glasgow locations.
