We are searching for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join our fun team at Route 2 Cafe. We are looking for a FULL TIME Barista/all rounder who has a passion for good food, local produce and people.

Barista experience would be preferred but not a deal breaker if you have previous hospitality experience.

Position available ASAP!

SHIFT PATTERN BELOW;

WEEK 1

Monday - 8.00am - 5.00pm Tuesday - 8.00am - 5.00pm Wednesday - 8.00am - 5.00am Thursday - OFF Friday - 8.00am - 5.00pm Saturday - OFF Sunday - 9.00am - 4.00pm

Monday - 8.00am - 5.00pm Tuesday - 8.00am - 5.00pm Wednesday - 8.00am - 5.00pm Thursday - OFF Friday - 8.00am - 5.00pm Saturday - 8.00am - 5.00pm Sunday - OFF
Duties will include;

Front of house meeting and greeting customers Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks Using the till system Keeping all areas clean and tidy Stock replenishment Maintaining excellent customer service Table service & takeaway hatch
The ideal applicants will have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a fun team. Required skills:

Min 16 year old Experience of working in cafe/coffee shop environment Great customer service skills 100% punctuality and reliability Good organisational skills and attention to details Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
