Duties
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food safety regulations are adhered to.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked and organised.
Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, promoting a safe working environment.
Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Address any issues or complaints from guests regarding food quality or service promptly.
