We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and preparation, with a flair for creativity and an unwavering commitment to food safety standards. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while leading and managing kitchen operations. This is a full time position at 35 hours per week 5/7
Duties
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking, ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently produced.
Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Skills
Proven experience in working with in a bust team within a culinary environment.
Strong background in food production and preparation, with extensive cooking skills.
Good knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Previous experience in hospitality or cafe settings is highly desirable.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
