PLAY EAT PARTY

Kids' Indoor Play Area & Explorers' Cafe

We require a CAFE COOK (full or part time) on a permanent basis to prepare food and work in our "Explorers' Cafe" in Jungle Kingdom (Kids' soft play). We offer a simple, healthy and appealing menu.

In order to be considered for this exciting role you must:

Work well under pressure

Have 1+ years experience of working in a busy kitchen environment

Be reliable and hard working

Be a team player who can also demonstrate initiative

Be capable of preparing, presenting and serving food to a high standard

Ideally have previous experience of working in a busy kitchen

Hold a valid Food Hygiene certificate (Level 2) or equivalent

Be able to deliver Jungle Kingdom's high operational standards

Be able to work as part of the team and assist with serving in the Cafe, tidying tables and offering excellent customer service.

Have a fun & flexible attitude to work

A willingness to learn.

Shift patterns working up to 5 out of 7 days a week will include weekend working and Bank Holidays. generally working one weekend on/ one weekend off. You will also need to be available to work during school holiday periods. You will work approximately 2 days per week in the kitchen preparing food and 2 days per week in the cafe serving food and coffees & with general play centre duties. Generally working daily from 9:00am-5:00pm plus extra hours when required and/ or desired. We also close over Christmas, New Years Day and Easter Sunday.
