Cook/counter assistant required to work busy student cafe and restaurant on site
Duties include cooking and preparing breakfast, lunchtime and evening dishes, undertaking all aspects of kitchen duties including cash handling, stock ordering/control, complying with all food hygiene/ HACCP paperwork and requirements.
Level 2 food hygiene certificate desirable.
The role will work across The Student Cafe and The Pavilion restaurant on site, a 5 day rota system Monday-Sunday to include daytime, evenings and weekends

Job Duties:Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner, Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards, Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment, Restock items as needed throughout the shift, Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
Recording food temperatures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 11.44-12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
