SITE: W5 Business Unit, Odyssey Trust
LOCATION: Queen's Quay, Belfast, BT3 9QQ
RESPONSIBLE TO: Food & Beverage Manager
TERMS: Casual Hours will include weekends and occasional evenings
DATE: November 2025
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This is an exciting casual role working in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the post holder will deliver excellent customer service mainly within W5's Cafe and Coffee dock areas and also supporting the food and beverage offering for corporate events across the site. This includes but not limited to queue times, speed of service, product knowledge as well as complaint handling.
Essential Criteria
Minimum of 6 months' experience in a fast paced Food & Beverage environment with multiple covers and services. Experience of providing a high quality customer service. Willingness to be flexible, work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends..Desirable Criteria
Experience of operating an EPOS system Knowledge of Food Safety PracticesSalary
- 12.25 per hour
