Here at Otterspool Adventure, our outdoor activities are unrivalled. The aim of our Liverpool play centre is to keep the little ones entertained , throughout the year!
Otterspool Promenade is a Merseyside family favorite - with hundreds flocking there on a sunny day to enjoy the stunning views of the River Mersey. A more peaceful area of the city, free from the hustle and bustle of the centre, it's no wonder this is a great place to take the little ones.
About the role
First and foremost, this is a guest facing role to support and engage with guests, offering an exceptional experience to each visitor via excellent customer service. Reporting to the management team, you will work within our very busy Cafe team ensuring that we deliver a memorable experience to all our guests. No two days are the same!
About You
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
The ability to work quick & calmly under pressure
A Passion to engage with guests & deliver exceptional customer service
An understanding of health, safety and security within the workplace.
The ability to work school holidays, weekends and bank holidays.
Experience working within hospitality/ leisure is desirable but not essential.
Part-time & full time roles available
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
