We have an exciting opportunity for a leisure assistant to join our team at our Family Entertainment Centre including a huge hybrid bounce park including trampolines, obstacle courses and interactive games based in Broadstairs, Kent - The Ultimate bounce park!

Applicants must be available during the week and weekends.

As a leisure assistant your role and responsibilities are:

Meeting and greeting all customers Deal with customers enquires around the park Help customers use the park safely To adhere to the health and safety procedures and report any issues Follow scheduled cleaning procedures and clean 'on the go' ensuring the park's standards are at the highest level Adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the safety of customers and staff. Set up, dismantle and maintain equipment
Essential skills and qualities:

The ability to work well with people Good verbal communication skills Flexible and reliable Keen to learn new skills Willingness to work overtime if needed
This is a customer facing role so good customer service skills is essential.

All training will be given & there will be development opportunities and a chance to progress through the company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.25 per hour
