Cafe Manager / Front of House Supervisor

We're looking for a confident and motivated Front of House Supervisor/Manager to join our team and help lead the floor with energy, high standards, and most importantly heart!

What you'll be doing

Leading daily service with confidence and pride Ensuring outstanding guest experience, every time Training, motivating and supporting the FOH team Managing bookings and floor flow Upholding brand standards and presentation at all times Working closely with the management team to continually improve operations

What you'll need

Minimum 18 months hospitality leadership experience Excellent communication and people skills A proactive, hands-on approach and positive attitude Ability to lead by example and inspire others
