We are seeking a dynamic Cafe Manager to lead our vibrant team and oversee daily operations within our bustling cafe environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality. Experience of catering is not essential as we will give all the necessary training required. Leading a team and managerial experience is an advantage but we are happy to give all training necessary. Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day running of the cafe, ensuring smooth operations during all shifts. Supervise and motivate staff, including baristas, kitchen personnel, and serving staff, fostering a positive team environment. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain standards of quality and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas of the cafe. Organise staff rotas, training sessions, and performance reviews to optimise team efficiency. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee excellent customer satisfaction. Maintain stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies. Implement health and safety policies in accordance with legal requirements and best practices. Coordinate with suppliers and oversee the delivery of goods to ensure timely replenishment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
